Team Leaders – Early Childhood Education and Care Are you an early childhood professional and would like to make a difference to the lives of children and their families? Your Role We are looking for Team Leaders to deliver outstanding programs consistent with the National Learning Frameworks. You will lead a team of educators in an encouraging and supportive environment, relish the joys of working with children, and build positive relationships with staff and families. We value people with initiative and strong educational ideas to support our team delivering quality services. Benefits for You Earn $35.57 per hour + $1.51 per hour (Leadership Allowance) = $37.08 per hour. Annual salary $73,467.35 per annum. Accrue paid leave – 14.5 days sick leave and 20.5 days annual leave per year (pro‑rata for part‑time). Salary packaging benefits. What We Need from You A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. A Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration. A minimum of one year experience or the ability to demonstrate the capability and capacity to be an effective Team Leader. Display confident abilities to communicate, reflect, challenge professional dialogue and build respectful workplace relationships. Strong knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, including the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations.
