You will play a key role in delivering high-quality education and care for children, while working alongside a collaborative team of educators and leaders.**Essential Qualifications*** Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent as recognized by ACECQA).* A current and valid check that confirms the candidate's suitability to work with children.* First Aid certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.**Essential Skills and Attributes*** In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS) to ensure quality practices and outcomes for children.* Capability to guide, mentor and provide direction to other educators in the room or setting.* Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with children, families, colleagues and management.* Experience in designing, implementing and assessing educational programs that cater to the individual needs of children.* Foster positive relationships with children, families and colleagues to promote a collaborative environment.**Desirable Skills and Knowledge*** Previous experience in a Lead Educator, Room Leader or similar role in an early childhood setting.* Ability to create an environment where all children, including those with additional needs can thrive and learn.* Ability to work in partnership with other educators, support staff and external professionals to enhance children's learning and wellbeing.* Proficiency in using relevant software for children's documentation, communication with families and educational planning.**If you aren't an exact match still apply****Apply Now**Please submit your resume via the "Apply Now" button which will direct you to our internal application site.
