Childcare Worker

The successful applicant will help lead, plan, and deliver engaging early childhood programs aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Framework. This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a positive impact in children’s early learning journeys. Responsibilities Plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality educational programs. Provide nurturing, responsive, and developmentally appropriate care. Support and guide educators within the room or age group. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and centre policies. Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Observe, document, and report on children’s learning and development. Qualifications Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher (ACECQA-approved). Current Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration (ACT). First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management certifications. Strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. Genuine passion for early childhood education and child wellbeing.
