About the Role In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering closely with both clients and candidates to deliver exceptional service. Your focus will be on understanding client needs, sourcing top hospitality professionals, and ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved. Key responsibilities Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and candidates Managing the full recruitment lifecycle ; from sourcing to placement Screening applications and conducting interviews (phone, video, or face-to-face) Completing reference checks and ensuring compliance with onboarding requirements Maintaining accurate records and candidate documentation Proactively identifying new business opportunities within the hospitality industry About You You are a self-starter with a positive attitude, great energy, and a genuine passion for people. You will bring initiative, resilience, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results. To succeed, you will need Previous experience in recruitment (hospitality experience highly regarded) Strong Business Development experience Excellent relationship building and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organisational ability Confidence using MS Office and an eagerness to learn new systems A proactive, team oriented mindset with a desire to grow and succeed If you believe you have what it takes to thrive in this role, we want to hear from you Apply now.
