Hunter Hungry Hordes Pty Ltd – Morisset NSW We are seeking a full-time baker to join the dynamic team at Morisset Bakehouse in Morisset, NSW. As a full-time baker, you will be responsible for the production of a wide range of high-quality baked goods, from traditional breads to delectable pastries and desserts. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a growing business and be part of a vibrant, fast-paced work environment. This position requires availability for night shifts. What you’ll be doing Preparing and baking a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and production schedules Ensuring consistent quality and presentation of all baked products Maintaining a clean and organised work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards Collaborating with the team to improve processes and introduce new products Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries Assisting with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed What we’re looking for Formal qualifications in baking or a related culinary field, such as a Certificate III in Baking or equivalent Minimum 1 years of experience as a commercial baker, with a proven track record of producing high-quality baked goods Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately Excellent time management and multitasking skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues Enthusiasm for creating innovative and visually appealing baked products Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position What we offer Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills A collaborative and friendly team culture with regular social events Opportunities for career progression within the growing business Discounts on our delicious baked goods and cafe menu items Flexible work arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance About us Hunter Hungry Hordes is a family-owned bakery and cafe located in the heart of Morisset, NSW.
