MinterEllison's PIC team has been the lead advisor on numerous nationally significant construction and infrastructure projects and disputes. We are focussed on providing end-to-end legal support on major development, renewable energy and resources and infrastructure projects – from project structuring, advice on procurement options, tender strategy, contract documentation and negotiation through to contract administration and dispute resolution. YOUR ROLE A great opportunity currently exists for an experienced front-end construction, major projects, infrastructure or renewable energy and resources lawyer at the Senior Associate level to join us. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate solid front end / transactional construction and procurement experience.
