The Position Food preparation, cooking, and presentation of all food offerings Ensure daily adherence to safety and hygiene processes to maintain a safe, allergen‑aware environment that meets food safety standards and accommodates diverse customer needs, including texture‑modified foods. Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating Provide exceptional customer service for residents and their families Building and leveraging positive customer and client relationships to achieve our partnership objectives The Person Previous kitchen management experience in a similar role – strong leadership qualities, collaborative management skills and a passion for food Experience in HACCP, food safety and infection control Proactive and solution‑oriented with a positive leadership style, adaptable, open to feedback, and excellent at time management in dynamic environments. Cert.
