About The Role The Project Supervisor will supervise earthworks and civil construction projects from concept to hand‑over, ensuring that safety, cost, quality and time requirements are met. Responsibilities Assist the Projects Delivery Lead with project reporting and documentation. Coordinate day‑to‑day activities of site contracting partners to ensure safe, efficient and productive delivery. Proactively assess and manage project delivery risk. Ensure construction activities are always at an acceptable level of risk. Coordinate frontline construction activities. Consult with the Project Team Delivery Lead on all project delivery matters. Review engineering and construction quality documentation for compliance. Report promptly to the Projects Delivery Lead any sub‑standard workmanship. Effectively supervise project work while ensuring company and external requirements are met. Essential Criteria Civil construction background. Supervisory experience with an unwavering commitment to safety. Exceptional communication skills to clearly convey plans and required outcomes to crews. Minimum 5 years of supervisory‑level experience. Ability to work a roster of 7 on 7 off, 5 on 4 off, 4 on 5 off with a day‑shift only roster. Benefits Salary continuance and life insurance.
