You’re as comfortable in strategy meetings as you are closing deals on the floor. You bring: A strong track record in automotive sales leadership (General or Senior Sales Management preferred). Proven ability to deliver sales growth and profitability in a dealership environment. Outstanding communication and people skills — you motivate, mentor, and lead with purpose. A sharp commercial mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term retention . Energy integrity, and the confidence to make big calls that move the business forward. Your Role Oversee sales operations across Southport GWM and Gold Coast MG . Set clear goals, coach your managers, and drive results across new, used, and finance. Craft and execute sales strategies that strengthen market share and profitability. Champion the customer experience from first enquiry to final handover. Develop and inspire your team — building capability, accountability, and pride. Report directly to senior leadership and play a key role in group-wide strategy.
