What you’ll do Assess mortgage applications from submission to settlement. Liaise with brokers, customers, and internal teams to solve queries quickly and clearly. Improve credit processes and help drive automation in our workflows. Manage competing priorities and SLAs to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Ensure compliance with credit policies and help us uphold a strong credit risk framework. What we’re looking for Experience in residential lending — across both conforming and non-conforming.
