We have huge ambitions and are looking for stellar candidates who have an entrepreneurial mindset and are excited to use cutting-edge AI to solve real-world business problems.The role of a Customer Strategy Director at Cresta is senior-level position where you’ll partner externally with Cresta’s largest and most strategic customers as well as cross-functionality internally with Cresta’s Sales and Customer Success teams. You’ll own building the business case in partnership with our customers, extending throughout the delivery process with Cresta’s Implementation Team, and partnering with our Customer Success Org to execute the customer’s vision and achieve a fast time to value.Customer Strategy Directors have a deep understanding of Customer Success principles, value realization fundamentals, and Enterprise Sales acumen. You would own the creation of a compelling long-term strategy, with Sales and with the Customer, which will serve as the blueprint for several Post-Sales teams to follow to achieve big wins.If you enjoy leading strategic customer engagements, conducting strategic planning for SaaS products, have world-class consulting skills, and are comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, then you might be a great fit.What you'll do

Create the customer’s strategic plan that maximizes business impact with a clear narrative for the use of Cresta products over time.Conduct & lead Business Value Assessments (BVA’s) to quantify the potential ROI impact for a customer.Usher a seamless transition to the post-sales teams to execute on the vision that was sold.Ensure alignment of value and delivery plans, orchestrating the execution of Implementation, Data Science and AI Delivery work to achieve the greater vision.Monitor and assess the need for pivot in the customer engagement, utilizing executive sponsorship where appropriate.What we're looking for

Proven experience in a strategic customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.Deep understanding of business value creation, change management, and/or consulting methodologies.General understanding of how enterprise organizations are looking to leverage Generative AI solutions within their businessHas extensive experience in large scale enterprise software implementations and complex use cases.Experience designing and interpreting Statements of Work to meet Enterprise customer needs.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on quantifying business value and ROI.Experience managing and advising on large scale programs with many stakeholders and dependencies.Is able to build strong external relationships with external stakeholders, and in general, is able to take a consultative and strategic approach to solving customer problems.Compensation for this position includes a base salary, bonus, equity, and a variety of benefits. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
