Field Representative

About the Role We're looking for a Casual Field Representative to join Retail Select Team and provide a range of services in the hardware and gardening departments at the Bunnings stores in the Bendigo area. You will work with our products across Dulux, Selleys, Yates and Cabots to continue to grow and win in the marketplace. As a member of our team, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues. Responsibilities Developing and maintaining key customer relationships Ordering, merchandising, and stock presentation (including manual handling) Maintaining in-store displays Ensuring products are priced and ticketed correctly Assist with major planogram initiatives Skills & Experience Previous sales and merchandising experience in retail and hardware (desirable but not essential) Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills Hold a valid driver’s license and have your own vehicle Demonstrated ability to learn and effectively use technology and various digital applications and systems Strong time management, prioritisation skills and own initiative Imagine a better place At DuluxGroup, we believe in the power to 'Imagine a better place', and we want you to be a part of it You'll work with over 50 iconic, trusted household brands with a 100+ year history, have the stability of working for a global company and your work will have a real impact.
