Operations Consultant / Franchise Business Manager JAN-PRO are seeking an experienced and organised Franchise Business Manager to join our Melbourne business, supporting our existing franchise owners and their clients, upholding our promise of exceptional service delivery. We provide commercial cleaning and disinfecting services and quotes to the commercial sector. Our clientele ranges across offices, factories, warehouses, medical and healthcare, car dealerships, the education sector, and beyond. Benefits: Excellent salary and remuneration package Monthly commission structure based on KPIs / targets Work from office or home apart from road based client sales meetings Attractive car allowance provided Tools of trade provided Autonomy and trust within the role Duties & responsibilities: Visit customer sites to perform and document cleaning inspections and audits Attend potential customer sites to quote and propose JAN-PRO services to sign new customers on behalf of our Franchisees Customer service phone calls and emails Selling special services and consumables to existing and new customers Maintaining a high level of communication with JAN-PRO clients and franchisees Attending to general enquiries and potential issues from clients and franchisees Handling day‑to‑day operational matters of the business Providing guidance and support to Franchisees Attending all walkthroughs and starting up new clients Helping franchises grow their business and facilitating their JP Certification programs Experience & attributes: Prior customer service and problem resolution experience Cleaning or Facilities industry experience is advantageous Account management or road‑based role experience preferred Ability to seamlessly up‑selling and cross‑sell related products and services Familiarity with cleaning products & equipment is advantageous Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong time management and organisational skills Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills Availability for flexible hours including some after‑hours work Join us today and help keep us growing and thriving Click the Apply button and send us a copy of your current CV highlighting your expertise.
