About the opportunity We are looking for a talented, super creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and eCommerce team as the go-to creative lead for our brand. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of LittleOak’s visual presence. We are looking for an experienced designer who also has a keen interest in digital content; someone who is a digitally savvy, creative storyteller who can turn winning ideas into impactful designs and content. You’ll lead the brand design strategy, alongside our CEO and brand team, from concept to execution, confidently experimenting with new creative and content ideas and not afraid to test, learn and iterate. About You We are looking for a creative powerhouse with a keen eye for detail, passionate about delivering visually compelling work and who is confident to work autonomously. There is no creative director hovering over you; you must be able to take a brief, ask the right questions, and deliver beautiful, effective work on time. You must thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environments, enjoy working with multiple teams, and excel at managing priorities without compromising quality. What will you do? You will work closely with the marketing and brand team to execute a wide range of creative briefs. You need to be comfortable jumping between digital and print mediums daily. You’ll be the visual heartbeat of LittleOak, turning concepts into stunning designs that elevate our brand. Brand Stewardship: Ensure all output adheres to our LittleOak brand guidelines and maintain an organised library of stunning creative assets. Web & Digital: Design email marketing content, website visuals, and digital advertising while advising on UX and ensuring brand consistency. Email Marketing (EDMs): Design visually appealing, on-brand email newsletters that drive clicks and conversions. Print & Packaging: Create physical assets such as new products, brochures, and packaging. You must understand pre-press requirements (bleeds, CMYK, etc.). Visual Merchandise & POS: Create in-store visuals, campaign banners, struts, decals, signage, and local marketing materials. Social Media & PR Artwork: Produce and resize artwork for social media (static and video), events, and PR activations, ensuring it aligns with marketing briefs. Content Creation: Create and execute content in line with our content pillars: tutorials, how-to videos and educational content that show how our products solve real parenting problems, capture and edit testimonial videos, Founder Q&A, comparisons, UGC, before/after transformations, behind the scenes. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, eCommerce and the retail team to develop effective campaigns online and in store. The ideal candidate A multi-talented creative storyteller with 3+ years’ experience in graphic design. Experience in content creation also favourable. While a degree or diploma in Graphic Design is beneficial, we value ability over experience. If you are self-taught but your portfolio is world-class, we want to hear from you. A strong commercial mindset. We are looking for someone who understands that design isn't just about making things look pretty; it's about communication and conversion. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva or similar tools. Deep understanding of current social media trends (TikTok, Instagram and YouTube).
