You will often be working independently, so professionalism, reliability and the ability to represent the Greenworx brand are essential. On scheduled days, you’ll supervise and guide a small team of junior crew members, ensuring work is delivered safely and to a high standard. The ideal applicant must reside in the Wollongong region or surrounds for practical travel to Shellharbour and Sydney South areas. Essential experience and qualifications 3 years’+ industry experience in Landscaping or Grounds Maintenance Qualifications in Landscaping / Horticulture (or related field) Proven experience working independently on sites Proven team leadership, communication and problem-solving skills A professional and positive approach with clients Strong safety awareness and attention to detail Valid Driver’s Licence & OHS White Card Willingness to obtain a Working With Children Check, Police Check and Medical Assessment before starting Key Tasks & Responsibilities Perform high-quality landscaping and grounds maintenance, including: Lawns, sports fields using ride-on and push mower, edging, blowing, litter‑picking, weed control (including chemical use) Supervise and support a small team of staff when required Complete daily site reports and maintain accurate documentation Uphold Greenworx standards for safety, presentation and client service Communicate professionally with clients and site contacts Ensure all garden waste is removed and transferred to authorised waste stations Maintain equipment and vehicles to company standards Interested in joining Greenworx?
