Qualified Horticulturalist – Commercial Landscape Maintenance Craig's Coastal Landscaping Services – Wollongong NSW Craig’s Coastal Landscaping Services Pty Ltd – Wollongong & NSW Projects We are seeking an experienced and motivated Qualified Horticulturalist to join our team, managing the maintenance of our completed commercial landscape projects across NSW. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently, and can communicate confidently with clients and contractors. About the Role Manage and deliver scheduled maintenance for completed commercial landscaping projects Ensure all sites are maintained to high standards of presentation and horticultural health Liaise directly with clients, site managers, and subcontractors Conduct site inspections, prepare maintenance reports, and suggest improvements Work autonomously, plan weekly tasks, and track progress against schedules Identify plant health issues and implement corrective actions Skills & Experience Certificate III (or higher) in Horticulture or Landscape Construction Minimum 3 years’ experience in landscape maintenance or horticulture Strong plant knowledge and attention to detail Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites Current driver’s licence (manual preferred) White Card required Chemcert Why Join Us Work with a respected landscaping company delivering award-winning projects across NSW Autonomy and responsibility to manage your own schedule and clients Supportive team culture and opportunities for long-term growth Company vehicle, phone, and uniform provided Location: Based in Wollongong – travel required to Sydney and regional NSW sites Salary: Competitive package based on experience Start Date: Immediate To Apply Send your resume and a short cover letter outlining your experience to ******@craigscoastal.com.au Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
