This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in horticulture and contribute to the creation of beautiful, thriving landscapes. What you'll be doing Planting, cultivating, and maintaining a variety of plants, trees, and shrubs Implementing sustainable gardening practices, including integrated pest management and water conservation techniques Collaborating with the gardening team to ensure the seamless execution of projects Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to site management Proactively identifying and addressing any issues or concerns related to the health and wellbeing of the gardens What we're looking for Qualification in Horticulture or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the landscaping industry Comprehensive knowledge of plant species, their growth requirements, and sustainable gardening practices Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team A valid driver's licence and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions What we offer At Elermore Glen, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
