We’re looking for passionate dedicated chefs from Junior to Sous level who want to learn, grow and execute exceptional pizza in a high‑energy iconic environment. This is your chance to gain elite level experience. You’ll be working with a high‑volume wood‑fired oven learning the nuances of speed, temperature and quality control from an expert Head Pizza Chef. If you have the drive we will give you the skills. A day in the life of a Chef : Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high quality dishes that WOW our guests Contribute positively to our culture which is centred around safety and hygiene keeping the guest experience at the heart of everything you do Maintain a consistent standard of high quality and well‑presented dishes that align with the ALH standard Qualifications : About you : A Strong Foundation : You have existing experience in a professional kitchen ideally with pizza and/or wood‑fired oven exposure. The Hunger to Learn : A genuine intense desire to master the art of traditional and modern pizza‑making. We’re looking for someone who treats every dough ball as a new lesson. Reliability & Speed : You thrive in a busy environment and understand the pace required for a high‑volume operation. Team Player Mentality : A positive attitude, a willingness to follow direction and a commitment to supporting your team.
