Business Support Officer You will be responsible for contributing to the efficient and effective functioning of the organisation. The successful candidate must possess a flexible and highly adaptable disposition and be an energetic team player. The duties of this role will include: Provide efficient and high standards of customer service. Undertaking travel bookings including flights, accommodation, charters, ferries and car hire within required time frames. Effectively monitor and manage internal and external correspondence, incoming and outgoing telephone calls and ensure responses are provided within required time frames. Willingness to work within a fast-paced environment with KPI’s and mechanisms to measure and monitor performance. Demonstrate professionalism and be a positive contributor to a great team and culture while being prepared to perform recurring work. Ensure high standards and accuracy when compiling documents and reports or updating records and information systems (i.e., in Ellipse and Microsoft Office). Demonstrate initiative and be a team player by appropriately handling enquiries to senior staff in their absence within expected timeframes. Provide high-level administrative support with a strong attention to detail. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to your role. Your Skills & Experience Your suitability for this role will be evaluated based on the following criteria: A minimum of 3 years experience in an administration, business support or call centre role. Providing outstanding customer service to customers, clients, and stakeholders. Excelling in a fast-paced environment. Cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with industry partners, local suppliers, and both internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrating advanced interpersonal skills, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and professional dispute management. Demonstrate initiative and be a team player by appropriately handling enquiries to senior staff in their absence within expected timeframes Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in the preparation of documents, reports, and the maintenance of records and information systems. If you are successful in this role, you will be required to undergo a Criminal History Check.
