Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Location: Ballarat Central, VIC, AU, 3350 Job Category: Pharmacy Employment Type: Permanent Full Time Standard Weekly Hours: 234.5 Hrs p/wk (110.5 hrs p/wk PERM & 124 hrs p/wk) Requisition ID: 1056 $46.87-$53.04 per hour + salary packaging | Clinical Pharmacist Grade 2 - Rotational Multiple fixed and permanent positions available | Full & Part Time opportunities About this role This role involves the provision of high quality unit based clinical pharmacy services including the opportunity to undertake credentialing for Partnered Pharmacist Medication Charting (PPMC) and other advanced scope of practice programs, and to train in specialty clinical streams such as critical care and medical specialties. Possible rotations to operational services including dispensing and compounding services and the Ballarat Regional Integrated Cancer Centre (BRICC) may occur. Professional development is supported through regular in-service education including journal club meetings and support for seminar/conference attendance. In addition, professional support is provided through team-based structures as well as formal education programs including SHPA residency programs. Key responsibilities include active contribution to Provision of comprehensive clinical pharmacy services (assessment, intervention, advocacy and consultation) Effective patient flow principles Mentoring and clinical supervision of learners at all levels including pharmacy students, interns, residents and other Grampians Health staff Pharmacy and multidisciplinary team education programs and meetings Skills and experience Currently hold or be eligible for general registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA Prior clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital is preferred To see a full copy of the Position Description please click here Interested?
