This role offers the opportunity to build expertise in delivering evidence based care to older people across our care communities, with the fixed term position also providing exposure to Oncology. You will be part of a dynamic multi-site Dietetics service that values learning, research, quality improvement and multidisciplinary teamwork. Key Responsibilities Work within multidisciplinary Allied Health teams Deliver clinical dietetics to older people in inpatient/outpatient settings Support service development and strategic planning Drive quality, safety, and risk management standards Take part in supervision, PD and reflective practice Contribute to clinical research and evidence based practice Skills & Experience Eligible for Dietitians Australia registration + APD Strong knowledge of clinical dietetics assessment & care Skilled in organising workload and managing time Clear, professional communicator and team contributor Victorian driver licence To see a full copy of the Position Description please click here Interested?
