About the Role You will be responsible for executing JAUS’ social media and content strategy, ensuring consistency, quality, and momentum across all platforms. You’ll work closely with our founder, stylists, and brand manager to turn ideas into published content quickly, efficiently, and at scale. This is a role for a doer, not just a strategist. Key Responsibilities Execute our social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Create and curate high-quality content (photo, video, and written), including filming and editing across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms. Engage with our online community across all social platforms, responding to comments and messages. Support seasonal campaigns, content shoots, and product launches. Utilise AI tools to enhance content creation and stay ahead of trends. Analyse performance metrics and optimise strategies for growth. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years in Social Media Management, ideally in fashion, retail, or eCommerce. Proven ability to execute a content strategy consistently. Experience coordinating shoots or working in content‑led roles. Highly organised, proactive, and deadline‑driven. Aesthetic awareness and strong brand alignment.
