It is a 2.5 hour drive from Melbourne's CBD, near the Regional Health Hospital and transport links. It consists of 120 beds, with various care units. You will support the General Manager in managing and leading the delivery of person‑centred care of residents, ensuring the highest standard of ongoing assessment, care planning and evaluation and clinical governance, helping them to live longer, healthier, and happier lives. Free Select Health Insurance products for you and your immediate family up to $5.5k* Duties include Oversee the daily clinical operations of the care home Support and lead the care home clinical team including coaching, mentoring, staff allocations and delegation, performance management and education Review clinical incidents, complaints and changes Lead compliance with AN ACC assessments Manage person‑centred care planning and evaluation for residents - including case conferencing with families and carers Prepare and conduct clinical governance audits Oversee medication management in accordance with resident needs and legislative requirements Liaise with allied health, medical practitioners and other services to provide optimal resident care The Benefits VIVA – our employee wellbeing program – live healthier and happier – see more about Why we work at Bupa; We’ve got your back.
