Event/Marketing Coordinator

Event & Conference Co. is a leading professional conference and event management company, delivering high-quality conferences, exhibitions and events. We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised event coordinator to join our growing team. This is ideal for someone looking to build a career in events and marketing, who enjoys working with people, being creative and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. About the Role Working closely with our team, you will support the coordination and promotion of conferences and events from start to finish. You will be involved in event logistics, client communications and marketing activities that help bring our events to life. Key Responsibilities Assist with marketing activities including email campaigns, event promotions and content updates Create marketing and event materials (such as EDMs, flyers, signage, website management and social media content) Assist with the coordination and delivery of conferences and events Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, speakers, sponsors and delegates Support event registrations and communications using EventsAir Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Maintain and update event project timelines, production schedules, databases, and documentation to ensure seamless delivery across all event phases Support the team to ensure deadlines are met and events run smoothly About You You are motivated, friendly, and eager to learn. You bring: A warm, engaging, and bubbly personality Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude Efficient problem solver who can think on their feet Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new systems and processes Skills & Experience Interest or experience in events, marketing or communications Strong marketing skills or a keen interest in event promotion Knowledge and experience using EventsAir is highly regarded (training can be provided) Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Why Join Event & Conference Co.?
