Your Role and Responsibilities: Be an integral part of our 24-hour team in a fast-paced, technologically advanced monitoring centre. Manage alarm monitoring, incident responses, and coordinate client requests, maintaining high-performance standards. Utilise CCTV, alarm systems, and building management systems effectively. Decision-making based on established protocols during varied situations. Coordinate security services, including dispatching and liaising with internal and external teams. Commit to ongoing professional development to stay abreast of industry standards and best practices. We're Looking for Someone With: A strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills. A positive, team-oriented attitude. A keen interest in technology and innovative security solutions. Current VIC Security Licence (Monitoring Centre subactivity) Current Working With Children Check Previous experience with Patriot and/or Tracktik is highly desirable.
