Assistant Venue Manager - Moon Dog Frankston Moon Dog Brewing is excited to be heading into a busy summer season at our spectacular venue on sunny Frankston's foreshore Moon Dog Beach Club is an 800pax, jungle-beach-party inspired wonderland aiming to provide the very best in food, beverages and entertainment to the good people of the South East Responsibilities Assist in leading the team to deliver exceptional service. Run rosters, labour management, on‑shift operations, ordering, recruitment and reporting for a large, multi‑bar venue of 400+ pax. Train and upskill staff to maintain high standards of customer service and beverage quality. Ensure smooth operation of security guard teams on site. Collaborate with the events & marketing team to plan and execute in‑venue events. Qualifications 2+ years of assistant venue management experience, leading a team of 40+ front‑of‑house staff or managing a mid‑sized venue team. Experience with roster creation, labour cost control, shift operations, ordering, recruitment and reporting. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills. Full availability for weekends, nights and public holidays. RSA certification. Permanent working rights with no restrictions.
