silvans facility services – Tullamarine VIC Silvans Facility Services is seeking an experienced Facility Services Admin to join our team in our Tullamarine, VIC office. In this full‑time position, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients, ensuring their queries and issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. What you'll be doing Answering incoming calls and responding to emails from clients in a timely and professional manner Logging and tracking customer issues and requests in our Work Management system Liaising with vendors/contractors and using our system to track their compliance Inducting and on‑boarding new staff into system Providing first‑line troubleshooting and technical support to resolve client problems Basic computer skills and fundamental technical troubleshooting knowledge (facility management industry) are required for this position Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or department for further assistance Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions Generating reports from systems and providing data for analysis Working with other teams to provide insights information and analysis Identifying opportunities to improve our customer service processes and procedures What we're looking for A minimum of 2 years' experience in either customer service or facility management roles will be considered for this position Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills to quickly identify and resolve customer issues Proficient in using work management software and other relevant IT systems Experience in facility management industry Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively A friendly, patient, and professional demeanour when dealing with customers Australian work authorisation is required for this position What we offer Competitive salary and performance‑based bonuses Comprehensive training and development opportunitiesFlexible work arrangements, including the option to work from home Employee wellness programmes and discounts on health and fitness services A collaborative and team‑oriented culture where your contributions are valued Opportunity to be promoted into a more senior role About us Silvans Facility Services is a leading provider of comprehensive facility management solutions.
