About the Position: An opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Lawyer (10+ PAE) to take a leading role in the practice and contribute to shaping the next generation of legal professionals. Working closely with the Managing Partner, you’ll manage a broad range of files while playing a pivotal role in mentoring junior solicitors, guiding them in both legal practice and professional growth. If you’re passionate about sharing your knowledge, supporting others, and being part of a purpose-driven team—this is the role for you. The caseload includes: Complex Family Law matters including parenting and property disputes Civil Litigation files involving contracts, estates, and general disputes Residential and commercial property transactions and leasing You’ll enjoy both autonomy and influence, while helping develop junior lawyers into future firm leaders.
