Description Reapra's IFD Program for aspiring Founders/CEO's is back in Australia for its next batch of applicants Are you based in Australia, and: An employee or graduating student who is seriously considering becoming an entrepreneur but do not know how to start; or A founder who is looking for a hard reset (start from scratch and not simply “pivoting” > no on-going business, team and investor commitments) and wanting to do entrepreneurship differently from the typical Venture Capital (VC) way of building ventures; and Very open to learning new ways of long-term problem solving while managing high levels of uncertainty, complexity and the vagueness Then we may invest and help you build your new business as you could be part of our growing Founder community. This is not a formal interview. Instead, it’s a deeper discourse and reflection on your personal background that goes beyond careers and entrepreneurship before being tied back to what is critical for you in your career decisions and shaping your future business If you feel like there is enough for you to want to explore with us, this is what to expect in terms of our process: Participants: You and 1 Reapra Supporter + any additional people in Reapra that we believe could help in discussion Duration: Estimated 3 months or more, depending on progress Time Commitment: 1-2 hours a week, online We invest in your new company at a Pre-Seed round starting at SGD 50,000-100,000* Amount is subject to any variances depending on circumstances We provide highly involved support to our Founders and access to our Reapra Co-learning Communities to help each other create profitable and financially sustainable businesses that solve real, long-term systemic problems #J-18808-Ljbffr
