Job Description We are looking to grow our ACT team and an opportunity has become available for a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to help us achieve this goal. You will provide leadership and direction to your team of rehabilitation consultants, and engage with customers while maintaining a caseload of your own. Responsibilities Providing leadership and coaching to consultants Overseeing the team's performance and quality Building strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders Exploring new opportunities and growth areas Undertaking a range of assessments and case work Qualifications and Requirements Qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing or Rehabilitation Counselling At least 2 years experience in workers' compensation, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation A willingness to travel (Current vehicle and driver's licence compulsory) A confident approach towards engaging with multiple stakeholders such as insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues and employees An inclusive and integrative attitude towards engaging with the many diverse cultural groups that make up the society in which we live and work A passion for mentoring and coaching Proven written and verbal communication skills Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service to large customers A keen sense of punctuality and effective ability to manage your time What we offer you Guaranteed flexible working arrangements Financial benefits – including incentive bonus scheme, novated lease, referral bonuses Advancement of your career through professional development Relocation opportunities Paid parental leave and much more Benefits Our inclusive and welcoming culture All our members undergo significant cultural awareness training to support equitable recovery for all You are welcome here.
