We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven HR Analytics Officer to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will leverage data, analytics tools, and insights to support strategic HR decision-making across the organization. You will play a key role in workforce planning, HR reporting, and the development of data-driven people strategies. Key Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights for leadership and HR partners. Develop and maintain HR dashboards, scorecards, and regular reports (e.g., turnover, recruitment KPIs, workforce analytics). Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in HR metrics to support evidence-based decision-making. Collaborate with HR teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions. Monitor and report on key HR indicators such as retention, engagement, compensation, and diversity metrics. Support workforce planning and forecasting initiatives using predictive analytics techniques. Maintain data accuracy and integrity across HR systems and databases. Prepare presentations, insights summaries, and visualizations for leadership and cross-functional teams. Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of HR programs, policies, and initiatives through data analysis. Ensure compliance with data privacy, confidentiality, and security standards. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience (0–2 years) in HR analytics, business analytics, or similar role. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio. Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, BambooHR). Knowledge of statistical methods, data modeling, and predictive analytics is a plus. Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills with ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling way. High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
