PADI is the world’s largest ocean exploration and purpose-driven diving organisation. We are seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to support the Asia Pacific Region. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in planning, executing and presenting PADI Marketing Academies - our signature Marketing training program for PADI Members (Dive Instructors, Dive Shops and Resorts), as well as dive exhibitions, and regional promotional initiatives. You’ll work directly with PADI Members helping them improve their online presence and customer engagement to encourage growth in the Asia Pacific market. What You'll Be Doing Event Coordination: Coordinate, organise and deliver PADI Marketing Academies, dive exhibitions, seminars, and other marketing events in the Asia Pacific region. Manage logistics, budgets, and timelines for regional events Liaise with external partners, vendors, and venues to execute events efficiently and within budget. Collect and analyse event performance data and prepare reports with actionable recommendations for future events. Travel across the Asia Pacific region to attend and support events and activities. Digital Marketing support: Support PADI Members in implementing digital marketing strategies including social media, search, email, and website optimisation. Consult with and assess PADI Members' marketing activities and provide advice on improving online visibility and customer engagement. General Marketing support: Provide support in other areas such as social media and blog content, print advertising, and management of PADI-branded promotional items including stock control, ordering, and ideation of new merchandise. What you'll need: Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, events, or communications. Strong generalist digital marketing skillset, including social media, SEO/SEM, online advertising and email marketing. Excellent organisational and project management skills. Confident communicator and presenter. A passion for travel, diving and the ocean environment. Applicants must possess the permanent right to work in Australia. Additional languages such as Korean, Bahasa Malaysia or Bahasa Indonesia PADI diver certification Full time office-based role in Brookvale, with convenient access to transport hub and secure free on-site parking.
