You might be doing wound care, compression bandaging, continence support, or walking alongside clients and families through palliative care moments. You’ll visit homes, run clinic appointments, handover to RNs and help connect people with the services they need. It’s a mix of practical skill, clinical judgement and relationship building that keeps things interesting and meaningful. You’re confident with wound, continence and medication management, you communicate clearly and you’re all about person‑centred care.
