You’ll work Monday to Friday, starting from our Community Health Centres and heading out into the community to support clients in their homes and clinics. It’s a role that lets you step outside the hospital walls and make a real difference in the places people feel most comfortable. About the Role As a Community Enrolled Nurse, your days are hands‑on, varied and genuinely rewarding. You might be doing wound care, compression bandaging, continence support, or walking alongside clients and families through palliative care moments. You’ll visit homes, run clinic appointments, hand over to RNs and help connect people with the services they need. It’s a mix of practical skill, clinical judgement and relationship building that keeps things interesting and meaningful. You’re confident with wound, continence and medication management, you communicate clearly and you’re all about person‑centred care.
