Sales & Administration Coordinator

Grow your experience and career in a dynamic sales & administration role in a thriving event management business We're looking for a Sales & Administration Coordinator to join our dynamic team This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and driven individual with a passion for the events industry to play a pivotal role in securing conferences and events for our national and international clients. What you'll do: Become an event pro: Assist in crafting winning proposals and tenders by sourcing venues, generating cost comparisons, and liaising with clients, hotels and destinations. Build strong client relationships: Maintain communication with key accounts via regular written and verbal correspondence, continuously updating and coordinating our dynamic CRM system like Monday.com is your best friend, manage VIP and client recognition programs, and conducting regular outreach to strengthen client bonds. Be a lead generation whiz: Research and generate leads, schedule face-to-face meetings for the sales team, participate in virtual meetings to confidently present our services to potential clients. Support the whole team: Organised admin people are worth their weight in gold, support the office team in ensuring our engine room keeps on running. You're a perfect fit if you have: Previous sales experience in hospitality or tourism (a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you're a natural connector A passion for exceeding client expectations and delivering outstanding service. The ability to manage multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially excel and CRM systems like Monday.com A love for systems, processes and reporting.
