Vinnies Night Patrol - General Day Hand Volunteer Vinnies Night Patrol General Hand Volunteers assist the Night Patrol Officers with the behind-the-scenes logistics and maintenance of the program. This entails firstly the organisation and management of our kitchen, from where the vehicles are stocked. In addition, volunteers will have the Night Patrol vehicles available to them, allowing them to meet with our community partners and collect items needed for the vans. Central to the role is the transport of these items back to our central location, having them ready there for the night teams shift. Logistical Expertise - Your organisational skills will ensure our Night Patrol Teams and vehicles are fully stocked and equipped with necessary resources to meet community need. Stock Management - You'll be responsible for managing the pick-up and transportation of essential items such as food, clothing, and other supplies. Your efforts will ensure that our Night Patrol Teams have everything they need to provide quick and effective assistance to those who need it most. The role allows for General Hands to complete their shifts either as a team of two, or alone, pending preference. Please note driving is central to this role, therefore a valid, full drivers licence is a requirement for our General Hands.
