Food & Bev Supervisor (Morning) Adelaide Airport

Think Asia Group owns and operates several airport F&B businesses in Melbourne and Adelaide airports. In 2022, we rolled out Hawker Bar Adelaide – the main Asian F&B offer in the airport, serving up a mix of Southeast Asian favourites. We are now adding a second venue – Nom Nom Vietnamese, to open in the coming weeks. We also manage other venues in Melbourne including Cinque Terre & Amalfi Fresh Pasta in Chadstone and Kolkata Cricket Club in Crown Melbourne. THIS ROLE / LOCATION This role will see the applicant open Nom Nom, with an early start – 5 days, 4:00 am. Applicants must be able to work weekends and public holidays.
