About the role Reporting to and supported by the Senior Health Assessor, Pathology Collectors/Health Assessors will be responsible for providing quality health assessments to customers undertaking a medical assessment as part of their visa application process. Details of these roles include: Permanent Full-Time Position Must have availability on weekends, either Saturday/Sunday or both, this does come with weekend penalties Medical centre hours are from 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday (during peak periods it can vary from 7am -7pm), and potential for weekends 8-4pm> Availability to work on a rotational roster between opening hours The role includes: Identity checks, blood pressure, height, weight, body mass index, vision testing, urinalysis, and venepuncture Facilitate smooth delivery of the applicants through the medical assessment to ensure a timely and accurate service Adhere to clinical governance and associated policies and procedures Accurate documentation of results in eHealth record Your background: Certificate III or IV in Pathology (mandatory) 2 years phlebotomy experience essential Experience working with people of multi-cultural background Be at the heart of it with Bupa: This isn’t your average Pathology Collector position.
