Job Description What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional guest service at every interaction, creating a welcoming and memorable environment for all guests. Assist with check‑ins, reservations, and guest inquiries, both in person and via phone/email. Provide local knowledge and recommendations to enhance the guest experience on Dunghutti Country. Support the day‑to‑day operations of the park including administration, housekeeping, and basic maintenance tasks as required. Maintain high standards of presentation for guest areas and facilities. Work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth park operations and guest satisfaction. Adhere to all workplace health and safety protocols and NRMA Parks & Resorts operational procedures. What You’ll Bring A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service and creating memorable holiday experiences. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organisational and time‑management abilities, with a proactive and positive attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and as part of a team. Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems. Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. Previous hospitality or tourism experience is an advantage, but not essential. What’s in it for you?
