Join our vibrant team at NRMA South West Rocks Holiday Resort, nestled on stunning Dunghutti Country, and help us create mouth-watering memories for every guest What You’ll Do Plate up perfection: Serve food and drinks with a side of Aussie hospitality and a dash of fun. Mix, mingle, and make it memorable: Engage with guests, take orders, and ensure every dining experience is a feast to remember. Keep it fresh: Maintain sparkling clean dining and service areas—because nobody likes a sticky situation Be a menu maestro: Share your knowledge of our delicious offerings and help guests find their new favourites. Team up: Work closely with your crew to keep service running smoother than a perfectly poured flat white.
