Search Current Positions Female Personal Care Worker - Tweed Heads NSW Right at Home delivers trusted in home Aged Care and Disability Support, helping people aged 65+ maintain their independence and live comfortably in their own homes. Right at Home are currently seeking dedicated Female Personal Care Workers to join our Northern Rivers Team. About The Role: As a Personal Care Worker, you will support clients with daily activities that enhance their wellbeing, independence and quality of life. This role involves travelling between clients homes and delivering person centred care tailored to individual needs, preferences and goals. Key Responsibilities: Personal Care: Assist with showering, dressing, grooming and medication support. Domestic Assistance: Provide light house hold cleaning, meal prep and laundry. Social Support: Accompany clients to social activities, shopping and medical appointments. Mobility Support: Assist clients using walking frames, wheelchairs, hoist/lifters, slide sheets and hearing aids. Documentation: Observe client wellbeing and record progress notes as required. Participation in Team Meetings and ongoing training. Standard Hours: Services are generally delivered between 6am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
