What you'll be doingProviding strategic advice on complex people issuesWorking as part of a great, people-oriented and friendly P&C divisionCollaborating with Executive Leaders to drive great people outcomesBuilding influential relationships with client groupsLeading efforts in early identification, intervention, and resolution of issuesKeeping abreast of employment legislation changes and their impactsGuiding and mentoring P&C team membersContributing to the shaping of our workforce during a period of significant growth.This is your chance to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact.
