The Role Draft, review, and assist with the negotiation of construction contracts, subcontracts, consultancy agreements, and procurement documents under attorney supervision Track key contract milestones such as performance dates, extensions, variations, and termination clauses Maintain detailed case files and ensure timely submission of documents to courts or tribunals Manage lawyers' emails and diaries, ensuring effective scheduling and time management Liaise with contractors, consultants, quantity surveyors, and project managers to collect and verify project documentation Conduct legal research on construction law issues, including contract interpretation, statutory requirements, and regulatory updates Assist with the preparation and processing of client invoices in accordance with firm policies, billing guidelines and client trust accounts Benefits Full time position with work from home Wednesdays Competitive salary and bonus structure Close knit and supportive team Casual Fridays and social events Ongoing training and mentorship from respected industry leaders Real, hands‑on experience from day one across advisory, disputes and technical legal issues About You Minimum 2 years experience as a paralegal (ideally career paralegal or a student who can work full time with minimum 2 years left of their law degree) Minimum 1 year experience in ideally construction law or commercial disputes or property Previous exposure to Trust Accounting Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks Positive and proactive attitude, embracing challenges with enthusiasm Adaptable and solution‑oriented, thriving in dynamic and fast‑paced environments APPLY NOW If this position catches your interest and aligns with your previous experience we encourage you to apply now using the link below.
