Business Development & Account Manager - Facial Aesthetics (Injectables) Bring your aesthetics sales expertise to a high‑growth global brand. This role blends new business development with account management, giving you the chance to win new clinics and grow existing partnerships. About the Company Our client is a global aesthetics leader with a trusted injectable portfolio, including both toxin and filler. Their treatments are used in clinics worldwide, and their Australian team is scaling rapidly on the back of innovation and strong sales performance. About the Role This is a hybrid business development and account management position . You’ll be expected to identify and convert new clinics, while also nurturing established accounts to increase sales and loyalty. Success comes from your ability to be both commercially strategic and relationship‑driven. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute territory business plans across VIC South East. Drive new business by identifying, targeting, and converting high‑potential clinics. Manage and expand existing accounts, building long‑term partnerships with injectors and practice owners. Deliver education, product insights, and commercial solutions to maximise clinic outcomes. Track competitor activity and use insights to strengthen your territory performance. About You Proven sales experience in facial aesthetics a must, ideally injectables but medical grade skin care sales considered. Track record of success in both business development and account growth . Relationships with Aesthetic clinics and practitioners essential. Strong hunter mentality, balanced with the ability to build lasting client partnerships. Confident, credible, and commercially savvy with injectors, KOLs, and clinic owners. A proactive operator who can work independently but thrives in a collaborative team.
