Sales Advisor, Miranda – Tesla We are looking for a passionate and energetic Sales Advisor to join our Melbourne showroom. As a front‑line Tesla Advisor, you will create memorable experiences from first contact through delivery days, driving our mission to accelerate sustainable energy. What You’ll Do Engage walk‑in guests promptly and warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed. Excite and educate prospective customers and owners via calls, emails, texts, or outbound events. Collect customer contact information, schedule, and co‑pilot Test Drives for interested prospects. Contribute to monthly sales and delivery targets by meeting or exceeding individual KPIs. Execute sales and delivery operations independently, delivering a seamless client experience. Present and support the full Tesla ecosystem, including delivery and installation. Serve as the primary contact point throughout the purchase journey. Educate customers on vehicle orientation and post‑delivery support. Ensure vehicles are ready for delivery appointments. Carry out trade‑in documentation and conduct direct deliveries when required. Perform additional duties as needed to meet business objectives. What You’ll Bring Client service experience. Positive, enthusiastic attitude toward the evolving personal transportation industry. Strong ability to understand and explain business and technical concepts. Team mentality, reliability, and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Mastery of Tesla products and local EV industry trends. Availability for evening hours, weekends, and holidays. Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record with at least two years’ experience. Capability to obtain required state licensing where applicable.
