Digital Adjuster, Liability Sedgwick have launched a new liability claims solution, which combines our expertise in liability claims with our market leading technology and digital solutions. Whilst this solution is aimed at public liability/third-party property claims, your experience in Motor, CTP, workers compensation or other liability or property claims would also set you up for success in this exciting role. You will be partnered with a mentor and provided with ongoing support in your training journey. We will also support you in completing your Diploma in Loss Adjusting via ANZIIF. Accountabilities Utilise a range of tools, including our technology solutions to gather information and documentation in respect of a claim Liaise with insurers, broker, policyholders, claimants and other stakeholders as needed Make recommendations on claims Manage and resolve the claim to agreed timeframes About you Experience in interpreting legislative frameworks and an understanding of liability concepts Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills High level of empathy and emotional intelligence, together with customer‑centricity Keen eye for detail, problem solving and analysing skills Legal Qualifications would be advantageous Caring Culture It’s at the heart of everything we do, and we show we care by living our core values: Empathy, Accountability, Inclusion, Collaboration, and Growth.
