Speaking of, our Year 6 Shirts are more popular than ever with schools jumping on board so fast we’re struggling to keep up … that’s your cue We’re looking for someone adaptable, eager to learn, and excited to grow their skills in a fun, supportive environment – helping to create and design Year 6 Shirts that will be worn, loved, and remembered long after graduation day. About the Role – Think all things Year 6 Leaver Shirt design and development Responsibilities Collaborate with the team to brainstorm, refine, and execute creative new design ideas. Work alongside our Senior Designers to roll out design templates and bring design concepts to life. Work closely with our Customer Joy team to fulfil Year 6 Shirt jobs – creating artwork that captures each school’s vision and brings their ideas to life. Lend a creative hand across the business when needed – from product mock-ups to marketing visuals and beyond – how fun This role is hands‑on and varied – perfect for someone who loves to learn by doing, thrives in a team, and finds joy in seeing their work come to life. We’re a proudly family‑run company, with big ideas and an even bigger heart About You – Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field. Confident using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. Strong attention to layout, detail, and typography. A team player who enjoys learning from others and takes direction well. Someone organised, proactive, and happy to jump in and have fun. 1–2 years’ experience in a design or junior graphic role is preferred, but not mandatory (apparel experience is a plus).
