Junior Digital Graphic Designer - Fashion Accessories, Beauty & Wellness Location: Alexandria Salary: $70,000 + Super Reports to: Head of Creative & Brand Manager About the Role Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for fashion, beauty, and wellness? We’re seeking a Digital Graphic Designer to join our growing team and bring our digital vision to life. This is an exciting opportunity to work across two dynamic categories – fashion accessories and beauty & wellness – crafting engaging, visually led content that inspires and connects with our audience. You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand voice online through compelling design, innovative content, and strategic storytelling across all digital touchpoints – from social media and email marketing to web and paid channels. What You’ll Be Doing Design and develop engaging digital content and assets for social media, websites, eDMs, and digital campaigns , ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing objectives. Create visually striking graphics, videos, and layouts for multiple formats – including reels, stories, carousels, TikTok, and paid advertising . Support the execution of seasonal campaigns and product launches , ensuring creative consistency across all touchpoints. Assist in managing the marketing content calendar , delivering a regular stream of fresh and on‑brand content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest. Stay on top of emerging digital trends and best practices , using insights to optimise content and performance. Collaborate closely with marketing, e‑commerce, design, and buying teams to bring ideas to life that drive engagement and sales. Maintain a well‑organised content asset library , ensuring assets are easily accessible and reusable across the business. Contribute to creative ideation and campaign planning sessions with fresh, innovative ideas that push the brand forward. What You’ll Bring 2+ years’ experience in digital design or content creation (in‑house or agency), ideally within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries. Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Canva). Excellent eye for design, layout, and typography , with the ability to adapt across different platforms and formats. Strong understanding of social media trends , particularly Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. A creative, proactive mindset and a passion for producing visually engaging work. Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold brand consistency . Collaborative and adaptable team player with excellent communication skills.
