We seek an exceptionally creative and digital mind, an all‑rounder with passion, especially when it comes to design. A results‑oriented individual energised by consistent learning and optimisation and a will to build, maintain and grow together with a future‑forward and world‑class digital agency. The role A Full‑Time Creative & Digital Junior Graphic Designer with 1 to 2 years of agency or similar company experience and knowledge of Inbound Marketing. Responsibilities Develop various types of digital creative content for digital channels, for example, websites and pages, social, PPC, Email, banners, advertisements, brochures, etc. A master of your craft and your favourite design tools (software), including multiple tools depending on the medium and goals of the final projects. Work on a team with other designers and marketing experts to complete Lupo Digital and client projects. Study design briefs and determine requirements, schedule projects and define budget constraints, conceptualise visuals based on requirements, prepare rough drafts and present ideas, and develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand. Where the role fits into the team Strategists, account or project managers on our team provide a brief of the campaign elements required, including the creative and digital assets needed. Your role would be to absorb the brief, ask questions, provide creative design materials and outputs with your own creative initiative and recommendations (such as posts, banners, etc.). As a team, review these internally, and together we discuss any adjustments, before sharing with the client for feedback, before implementing.
