Your responsibilities Oversee the management and operations of multiple retail stores within your assigned region, ensuring the highest level of efficiency, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Lead and inspire a diverse team of store coordinators, providing guidance, support, and fostering a positive work environment. Take charge of staff management at The Beauty and Brow Parlours in your designated region. From recruiting skilled Beauticians to strategically scheduling their shifts, approving time records, and efficiently handling absences such as annual leave and sick leave, your role as a manager will also involve nurturing performance and ensuring high standards of conduct are upheld. Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to maintain consistent standards across all stores. Monitor key performance indicators, analyse data, and develop action plans to optimise store performance and meet targets. Champion safety protocols, quality control measures, and adherence to company guidelines. As the Operations Manager, you will be the key liaison for addressing any customer-related concerns. Your role will involve effectively communicating and escalating customer issues to other operations managers, the business manager, and relevant management teams. By collaborating with them, you will play a vital role in devising strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. What you’ll need Tertiary qualifications in business, management or related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the retail industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving goals. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple priorities and drive operational excellence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers. Proficient in using technology and software for data analysis and reporting. Strong Financial acumen is required, we are seeking candidates with practical knowledge of budgeting, cash‑flow management, maintaining balance sheets, and monitoring profit and loss statements. Your expertise in financial management will be crucial in ensuring sound financial practices and driving profitability.
